Hello, I'm Raymond

I help service businesses explain what they do, clearly and honestly.

I’ve spent 20 years in marketing roles, including as a CMO in the travel industry.
Now, I work with business owners who feel their website doesn’t quite say what they mean.

Your website isn’t wrong, it’s just unclear. It probably explains what you do, but not quite why it matters, or why someone should trust you. When that happens, visitors leave. Not because your service is bad, but because the message isn’t landing yet.

Let’s slow things down

I look at your business the way a customer does, ask the uncomfortable questions, and help put the answers into plain language.

That usually means rewriting key pages on your website, the homepage, about page, and service descriptions, so they sound more like you, and make more sense to the people reading them.

Why this feels familiar to me

I’ve worked in marketing for over two decades, mostly in service-based businesses.

I’ve been responsible for positioning, messaging, and growth — and I’ve also been the person trying to explain a complex service to someone who has five tabs open and very little patience.

I know how easily good work gets lost behind unclear words.

To see how I think

I also write.

Not copy for algorithms but essays about places, history, and how context changes the way we see things.

Working Together

If you’re running a service business and your website feels a little off, not wrong, just not quite right, we can talk.

I usually start by looking at one page and sharing what I’d change, and why. No obligation.
